OwoFin Account Closure Process
To close your OwoFin Line of Credit account, please follow these steps:
- Clear All Outstanding Balances
Before requesting account deletion, ensure your Line of Credit balance is fully settled. You can make payments directly through the OwoFin mobile app.
- Submit an Account Deletion Request
Option 1: Self-Service via App
- Go to Profile Settings → Account Deletion
- Select Permanently Delete My Account
Your request will be processed immediately
Option 2: Manual Request via Email
- Send an email to support@owofin.cc with the subject: "Account Closure Request"
- Include your registered mobile number for verification
Our team will process your request within 2 business days
Important Notes
- Permanent Action: Once closed, your account and all associated data (including transaction history and personal details) will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
- Credit Line Impact: Closing your account will terminate your access to OwoFin’s Line of Credit services.
