Steps to Delete Your OwoFin Account
If you wish to close your OwoFin account, we are here to help you through the process. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a seamless account deletion experience:
- Clear Any Pending Withdrawals
Ensure all outstanding withdrawals or financial obligations associated with your OwoFin account have been settled. You can resolve these through the OwoFin mobile app. It is important to complete this step before proceeding with the account deletion. - Initiate Deletion via the App
After settling any pending withdrawals, navigate to the Account Deletion section in the OwoFin app. Select the Permanently Delete Account option and confirm your request. The app will process your deletion request accordingly.
Key Notes
- Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all related data cannot be recovered.
- Your personal and transactional details will be permanently removed from our system.
